The astonishing progress humanity has achieved across all fields is the result of intellectual openness, scientific thinking, rigorous inquiry, experimentation, and testing. Nations that aspire to advance and develop must harness science and knowledge, encourage experimentation and research, and adopt the most effective methods of education, training, and cultivation. Western states now rely on electronic “banks of minds” and research centres in every area of life. These centres conduct scientific, developmental, and field studies; formulate visions for the future; provide advisory services to governments, institutions, and entrepreneurs; and contribute to elevating knowledge, enhancing scientific thinking, and achieving further progress.

Our people, by contrast, remain preoccupied with myths, spectres, illusions, false beliefs, and religious or metaphysical disputes, wandering in fields of suffocating ignorance, mental backwardness, intellectual stagnation, doctrinal rigidity, and cultural inertia—domains dominated by hypocrites, opportunists, feudalists, and reactionary ignoramuses: the narrow-minded, the enemies of modernization and renewal. Meanwhile, the enemy state has expanded and achieved military, industrial, technological, and nuclear superiority, seeking to become an empire with influence over an Arab world that is fragmented and helpless, thanks to its political will to allocate resources to research institutions, information centres, and the protection of talents and minds rather than destroying or expelling them. Indeed, it actively recruits Jewish scientists from across the globe to harness their abilities for its projects.

 Is it truly difficult for us to pursue a similar path, giving science the attention it deserves? Civilized nations attained modern life through their commitment to scientific progress. Today, nations worldwide compete to adopt scientific advances and apply rigorous scientific methods to reform their internal affairs and ensure their prosperity.
